Searching for things on Google Images can only take you so far, and travel commercials for California showing Betty White and Arnold on a beach just doesn’t give consumers the interactiveness they are looking for. DDB Canada & Tribal DDB Vancouver received over 65 hours of footage from Canadians showing their Canadian experiences; they then crunched it into this 2 minute video titled ’35 Million Directors.’
I like the way that the two agencies chose to tell the story though people walking, doing, seeing, etc. The video is interactive and has a cool approach to it. This is the kind of footage that would get me booking a trip.
